• Hiking is a high-risk activity carried out at your own risk. You confirm you are physically fit and have no condition that makes hiking unsafe.
• All identity and member details you provide are accurate. Falsifying identity may void your booking, insurance, and any refund.
• You will follow the gate's quota, schedule, route, and the instructions of keepers and basecamp staff at all times.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. Refunds, where applicable, follow the refund policy of the gate and the platform.
• The platform and the gate operator are not liable for loss, injury, or death caused by your failure to follow safety rules or by force majeure.

How we handle your data and keep you safe:

• We collect your identity, contact, and medical-checkup data only to operate your booking, meet regulatory requirements, and respond to emergencies.
• Your data is shared with the gate operator, assigned keepers, and (where applicable) the insurer and emergency responders — and is never sold.
• In an emergency we may share your location and contact details with rescue authorities.
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data after your trip is closed, subject to legal retention requirements.
